Why is there a price range instead of one fixed price?
Fence pricing depends on height, style, terrain, and access. A 4-foot picket fence costs less per foot than a 6-foot privacy fence with a difficult yard. We give you an exact price during your free on-site estimate.
Is there a minimum project size?
We don't have a strict minimum, but most residential fence projects are at least 50–100 linear feet. For very small jobs, give us a call and we'll let you know if we can help.
Do you offer financing?
Yes! We offer financing options with monthly payments so you can get your fence now and pay over time. Ask us about available plans during your free estimate.
What's included in the price per linear foot?
Everything — materials, labor, post setting, and installation. The only extras are add-on services like old fence removal, gravel base, and dirt removal, which are listed separately above.
What is the $100 reservation cost?
Once your estimate is approved and you're ready to move forward, we collect a $100 non-refundable reservation to secure your spot on our install calendar. Build dates fill up quickly, and this is what locks yours in. From there, we kick off the 811 utility marking process, send over your 50% deposit invoice and get your materials ordered, ahead of your install date. On build day, our crew shows up and gets it done — remaining balance is due upon completion.
What is 811 and do I have to deal with it?
811 is the national "Call Before You Dig" service. Before we set any posts, underground utilities (gas, electric, water, cable) need to be marked at your property. We coordinate this process for you after your reservation fee is received. It's required by law and takes a few days — which is another reason we lock in your date early.
Do you offer financing?
Yes! We offer financing options so you can get the fence you need now and pay over time. Rates and terms vary based on your approval. Ask us about financing during your free estimate and we'll walk you through the options.
